DAY 2 Merhaba arkadaÅŸlar. I hope you are following my lessons from Lesson 1 (DAY 1). Today is the Second day of Lesson 3. and we will continue from where we left. So Let's Start........... Remember we are learning Frequently used sentences. Maybe: We use the word, ''Maybe'' Frequently and it's also important to learn it How to say in Turkish. So I will give you two ways of saying this one word. First one is, ''Belki'' it means, ''Maybe or perhaps'' . when someone asks something and you are not sure about it, then you say, ''Belki'' . And the other way to say it is, ''Olabilir'' , it also can means ''Maybe or Perhaps'' . I'm not saying that these are the only way to say ''Maybe'' in Turkish. You can use other words with a little twisting. But these are most common. That's why I prefer you use these two words. It's good:

Welcome back. Today is the third day of Turkish Lessons. We will continue with the basics. So here they are 👇
Today we will ''Goodbye'' and ''Farewells''.
I have to go:
When you want to go and you are asking excuse, you will say ''Gtmeliyim'' which means ''I have to go'' and the other way of saying it is, ''Gitmem gerek'' and the meaning is same.
It's getting late:
When you are getting late and you say, ''It's getting late'' in Turkish, you can say, ''Geç oluyor'' and after saying that you probably say, ''See you tomorrow''. In Turkish, you can say, ''Yarın görüşürüz''.
Or If you want to meet him a little bit later then you can use this phrase, ''Sonra görüşürüz''. which means ''See you later''
Good luck:
And when you say these things you also give them a wish like, ''Good luck'' or something like that. In Turkish, you can say,
''İyi şanslar'' which means ''Good luck''. But the most used phrase is this one, ''İyi günler''. Which means ''Have a nice day''
Thanks for coming:
Someone comes to your house and you are happy to meet him. and after that when he is going, you say, ''Thanks for coming''. In Turkish, you can say, ''Geldiğiniz için teşekkürler'' which literally means ''Thanks for coming''. and this is (formal).
And the (informal) way is ''Geldiğin için teşekkürler''
If you are talking or meeting your friend or maybe your family member. when you got any urgent work, and you say ''I will be right back''. In Turkish, you can say ''Hemen döneceğim''.

Now If you are meeting someone at night and at that time you finished talking and you want to leave. You can say, ''Ä°yi geceler''
So for today, the last phrase is, ''Hoşça kal''. which means ''Goodbye''. You can use this when you are saying ''Bye-bye''. It literally also means ''Stay well'' Which is a very good phrase while you are leaving.
